Blue Stone Therapy Chosen by Care Initiatives as Rehabilitation Services Provider
Iowan's to benefit with locally focused providers
West Des Moines, Iowa (Feb. 19, 2024) — Blue Stone Therapy, Iowa’s largest therapy provider, has been selected by Care Initiatives as the sole provider of rehabilitation services – including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy – for Care Initiatives’ skilled nursing and hospice locations, beginning April 1, 2024.
Care Initiatives, Iowa’s largest operator of skilled nursing facilities, like Blue Stone Therapy, has been improving the health and quality of life for Iowans at the core of what they do. This new relationship provides Care Initiatives access to the largest network of therapists in Iowa, as well as specialized rehabilitation programs for seniors.
