Sarah Truby shares with us over 8 years of diverse experience in areas ranging from communications and record retention to benefits administration and payroll.

She was promoted into several roles throughout her tenure, currently serving as the Human Resources Generalist with Blue Stone Therapy, where she specializes in new hire onboarding programs, employee life cycle management, HRIS database management, and employee relations.

Sarah earned a B.A. from Iowa State University and resides in Ankeny, IA with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, remodeling their 1950’s home, DIY projects and gardening.
