Maple Heights Nursing Home Selects Blue Stone Therapy for Rehab Services
Mapleton, IA; November 1, 2022- Maple Heights and Heights Home Health have selected Blue Stone Therapy to provide expanded rehabilitation and therapy programs.
Maple Heights, a Skilled care provider and Heights Home Health Care have partnered with Blue Stone Therapy to provide better rehabilitation services in Woodbury, Ida, Monona, and Crawford counties. The partnership will allow individuals the opportunity to receive skilled therapy services at Maple Heights and have a therapist follow them when returning home, often with the same therapist. This will allow patients better continuity of care with specialized clinical programming and speedier recovery times.
“At Maple Heights, we are looking for ways to expand and enhance our therapy programs along with continuing to promote a wider service area for Heights Home Health,” said Tom Swanson, Administrator at Maple Heights Nursing Home. “Blue Stone is great to work with and their team is jumping right in. Our patients can now receive great therapy at home provided by specialized therapists who also treat individuals residing at the nursing home.”
Maple Heights offers a wide range of care services that include Skilled, Intermediate, Independent Living Apartments, Helpful Living Apartments, and a Home Health Agency.
