Dawn Rodish is the Director of Human Resources and comes to Blue Stone Therapy Solutions with over 20 years of HR leadership experience. 

She has worked extensively with Long Term Care facilities and appreciates the dedicated service and care of our providers.  Dawn has a broad range of experience in all human resource disciplines and is passionate about building a strong culture where employees feel connected and have opportunities to excel in their roles as they “Build Strength to Enhance Lives.” 

She obtained her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2001 and has a Masters in Adult Learning from Drake University.
